• Booking in Advance: Please book in advance, as walk-in guests might not find room availability if we are fully booked.
• First Come, First Served: We operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Full Payment: A 100% payment for any booking is required before check-in.
• Responsibility: Every adult on the property is responsible for themselves. Children are the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
• Early Check-ins/Late Check-outs: Available ONLY upon request, subject to availability, and chargeable. Confirmation will be provided a day before check-in. Unless confirmed, early check-in or late check-out is not allowed.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to show up on the day of the booking will result in cancellation, and dates cannot be changed.
• Kitchen Timings: Kindly respect the kitchen timings and be present for your meal.
• Food Menus: Food menus are pre-decided based on the availability of local produce. No changes can be made after check-in. All dietary requirements must be conveyed during the booking period.
• Property Safety: We are not responsible for any bites or injuries sustained while on the property.
• Loss/Damage: We are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Wellness Policy: We adhere to strict rules and maintain a drug-free policy. Non-vegetarian food, alcohol, and smoking are not allowed on or around the premises. Inebriated individuals will be asked to leave immediately. We reserve the right to admission.
